Meet Sarepta:
Sarepta is our People Operations Manager, here is a little bit more about Sarepta: Hi everyone. I live on a farm with my amazing husband and our two boys. When I am not working you can find me in the kitchen baking and cooking, working outside with the sheep, or spending family time outside. I come from a background of 15+ years in customer service and management in the retail and dental field.
Meet Elizabeth:
Elizabeth is our General Manager, here's a bit about Elizabeth: Hi, I'm Elizabeth I have been working in the customer service and sales space practically my whole life! In fact, I was helping my dad run his restaurants since I was barely able to see over the tables! Along the way I received degrees in Hospitality Management, Business Services, and Culinary Arts! I am a former chef and a proud former business owner. In my spare time you can find me reading (I run a very large book club), volunteering at my local animal shelter, cooking for friends, traveling (usually to see live music), or just being outdoors. I was raised of a farm and my love of nature has always stuck with me. Whether I'm camping, kayaking, or surfing, trust me....I'm in my element. I enjoy long walks on the beach with my sweet little geriatric pup, Professor Pickles, the true love of my life.
Meet Kimberly:
Kimberly is our Client Success Manager - East. I'm a Customer Service Rockstar and I've been with Pink Callers since July 2021. I love working for Pink Callers, it is fun and I am always learning something new! My experience prior has mostly been in the aquatic animal care industry as an Aquarist. That means I took care of aquariums and various species of fish, sharks, stingrays, and corals. I also have a wonderful 10 year old son (who inherited his mom's love of animals) and an amazing fiancé. I was working really far from home for a long time. Pink Callers has given me an opportunity to be closer to them and take care of both my family and the tiny zoo we have. Of course I have fish tanks at home... I also love video games, hiking, and art projects. I am excited to be a part of this awesome, diverse company and to help all of our clients to my fullest potential!
Meet Clarissa:
Clarissa is our Team Success Manager - East Coast. Here's a bit about Clarissa: Hello! I am Clarissa, The EST Team Success Manager. I have been married to my husband William for 32 years. We have two children, Chris and Zach. We also have six granddaughters. When I am not working, I enjoy cooking, reading, hiking and backpacking. I was drawn to Pink Callers because I wanted the family atmosphere, and I feel like I have found exactly where I needed to be. I am excited to be here everyday and help us all grow together for the future.
Meet Abigail:
Abigail is our marketing person, here's a bit about Abigail. I'm a CIM-certified digital marketing strategist (Level 6 & 7), I joined Pink Callers in May 2022, as the marketing/social media/Kajabi person. If you need any marketing-related help I'm here to help. I'm Nigerian by nationality but currently based in Nairobi, Kenya where I'm working on my Master of Commerce - International Business Management. My hobbies include music, novels, and DIY. While my DIY efforts aren't always perfect they are full of passion.
Meet Doug & Michelle:
Michelle is the Founder and CEO of Pink Callers, an administrative support solution that assigns customer service rockstars to support home service businesses remotely. Michelle is a graduate of Marymount University and has over 15 years of commercial design and construction experience. She started Pink Callers in 2016 with her husband Doug Myers.
