A CSR is a person that works with your business one on one everyday. They learn and grow with you, collaborating together with you, helping take your customer service to the next level.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM AN ANSWERING SERVICE?
We take an proactive approach in communicating with your customers. Most answering services will take a message and pass it along to you, leaving you to do the call back and solving the problem. We listen to each customers needs, answer the questions, and solve the problem right on the initial interaction. All while managing the customer information inside of your CRM.
WHAT INDUSTRIES DO WE SUPPORT?
We have the ability to help any business improve their customer service. Field service businesses like lawn and landscape, arborists, residential and commercial cleaning, plumbing, HVAC, power washing, and more. If you are trying to manage the office by yourself, or already have office staff in place, we can help you with both.
DOES MY CSR KNOW MY CRM?
We know many of the software/CRM platforms being used today. Your CSR will be trained and knowledgeable in operating inside your CRM daily, helping to manage the information from start to finish.
CAN YOU HELP WITH OTHER AUTOMATIONS AND INTEGRATIONS OUTSIDE OF MY CRM?
Yes - we know many of the current automations and integrations being used today. See the homepage for a link to the list of partner integrations we support.
CAN YOU HELP WITH QUOTING AND SALES OVER THE PHONE?
Yes - we can follow any sales scripts that you provide and can follow your quoting process for your customers as well. For businesses that do online measuring, share your pricing strategies and tools and we will replicate your process.
CAN YOU MONITOR OTHER OUTLETS FOR POTENTIAL INCOMING LEADS?
Yes - we can monitor your social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as marketing outlets like Home Advisor, Angie's List, Yelp, and more.
HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY TO HELP?
We embrace technology and use it to help you grow. Platforms like Trello for organizing information and Slack for communication are tools that we use to better your service.
WHAT TASKS CAN MY CSR HANDLE?
Any task that you would ask an office manager to handle - we can do it! Managing all forms of communication like phones, email, texts, and website leads, follow-up calls and call backs, scheduling of estimate appointments and accepted work, and collecting payments and completing work in your CRM daily.
WILL MY CSR WORK HOLIDAYS?
Your CSR will observe New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, spending quality time with family and friends on these occasions. When a holiday falls on a weekend, they will follow the U.S. federal day of observance.
HOW DOES THE START UP PROCESS WORK?
Start up is fast and easy! A team leader within your time zone will work with you during the on-board period, learning all of the important details about your business. That team leader will identify someone on the team that will be your CSR and train them while working with you. Once the team leader feels the timing is right, they step aside and introduce your CSR. The team leader is always in the background acting as a supervisor, so think of getting a two for one deal!
How Does Our Pricing Work?
IS THERE A YEARLY CONTRACT?
No - we ask for a 90 day commitment and then it is month to month after that.
HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICE?
We charge an hourly rate, like you would pay a traditional employee. But we save you the additional costs like payroll taxes, worker's comp, etc.. Our fee is a flat-rate charge so you can budget for it weekly and there are no surprises in billing.

We use a team centered approach when it comes to coverage. The team leader that is responsible for managing your CSR will cover for them if they are ever out sick or need time off. This gives your office a solid foundation and consistent coverage every day.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE GROW AND NEED MORE HELP?
We can grow and scale right along with your business. Just like hiring another employee, we can add another CSR to your account and you can grow quickly.
IS MY CSR ALWAYS AVAILABLE OR DO THEY ONLY WORK WHEN THE PHONE RINGS?
Your CSR is available during normal office hours, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

There is a potential for each CSR to work with multiple companies, but we take an active approach at the beginning to understand the volume and attention your business needs and deserves. We want to give your CSR the appropriate time each day to manage your business.
